Enjoy tremendous variety, advancement potential and a rewarding career path in this key role with our Group Service Department. Primarily focused on the MyUHC.com portal, responsibilities include:


 


Defining the scope for projects and estimating their duration

Completing detailed business requirements

Working with Uniprise Technology systems analysts to ensure requirements are clear and understood by project developers

Writing and executing test scripts and performing analysis of data

Tracking project plans and working in conjunction with the systems analyst

Making presentations to business sponsors

Acting as the support for each project from start to finish

Performing cost benefit analysis

Assisting and mentoring junior staff



Solid business analysis experience is required, as is a demonstrated software development background. Working knowledge of the system development lifecycle is also required. Experience gathering and documenting business requirements is essential. Business analysis experience within the healthcare or financial services industry is preferred. Solid MS Office proficiency is a must. A background conducting business requirements for a Web application is desired, as is experience with cross application analysis or coordination.
