Sr. Collection Coordinator

Reduce Day Sales, delinquency and bad debt through timely collection of past due receivables. To conduct all collection activities for accounts within assigned portfolio, from initial customer contact to collection of funds or write off. Continuously reduce the aging receivables for the assigned portfolio and limit bad debt. Evaluate credit limits assigned account balances and take appropriate action. To inform all impacted parties of the status of collection efforts throughout the process. A minimum of 5 years of collection experience is required. Business to Business is preferred. 2-5 years of proven customer service skills also required. Minimum two year Finance related degree preferred. High School degree required. Candidate must possess strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills. Advanced expertise or knowledge of the collection process. Strong interpretation and decision making skills. Advanced professional business writing, grammar and oral communication skills. Advanced problem solving and analytical skills. Candidate must be self directed with the ability to work well in a team environment as well. Candidate must have the ability to complete multiple projects simultaneously.
