Joint professional services and non-profit group is actively seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator to manage its international and domestic Federal contracts with clients such as NIH, USAID, HHS, and the Department of Education. The role reports into the CFO.

General responsibilities include the negotiation, administration and termination of contracts and agreements and the preparation of cost proposals. The Sr. Contracts Administrator will work closely with project managers and the Program Development unit.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

* Cost proposals
* Contract, grant and agreement administration, modifications and amendments
* Financial activity tracking
* Ensure FARs and AIRARs compliance
* Review bid solicitations
