As one of the corporate financial reporting analysts, you will on part of a team and involved with the following duties, • Review and analysis of monthly financial and statistical data submitted by business units. • Prepare quarterly and annual reports to the Securities & Exchange Commission and shareholders. • Prepare and/or review consolidated monthly financial reports and analysis to the senior leadership team and the board of directors. • Review and analysis of business units monthly operating results. • Prepare reconciliation of equity, minority interest and equity in non-consolidated subsidiaries. • Coordinate the preparation of governmental reporting, as necessary. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’S degree in Accounting or Finance, 2 years or greater of hands on SEC related work experience required. A CPA is preferred.
