Sr Financial Analyst - 16001

Job Description: The Operations Finance Group is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to assist with the coordination, analysis, and submission of actual and forecasted financial information. Specific responsibilities include:


Financial planning and analysis (quarterly forecasting & monthly actuals) for Corporate Quality and Administration cost centers

Analysis of business operations performance (financial and non-financial) by working with Plant, Division, Corporate, and Quality personnel

Compilation of worldwide Quality costs, including presentations to Senior Management

File maintenance and reconciliation of variances and reserves, headcount, and expenses for Corporate Operations

Flexibility, creativity, and problem solving skills are critical to meeting the challenges of this fast-paced dynamic organization. The Senior Financial Analyst is required to have an undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance and 5-7 years of financial experience with proven ability in the area of financial planning and analysis. Ability to work autonomously and act in a consultative role is important; Proficient knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word) is required.
