Job Description:
Amkor Technology is currently seeking a Senior Financial Analyst -Profitability and Cost to join our Chandler, AZ office. This position will work with our worldwide factories regarding, capital expenditure reporting, miscellaneous revenue tracking, profitability analysis and management reporting, plus specific product and business cost analysis. This position reports to the Senior Manager ? Cost Systems and Analysis.
Major Responsibilities of this position include:
? Administer corporate Capital Request Approval and Tracking system
? Monitor and report Capital Expenditures at both the site and corporate level
? Support product cost closing activities and related ad-hoc analysis.
? Support corporate profitability reporting and related analysis.
? Prepare, validate and distribute corporate level miscellaneous revenue analysis
? Participate in preparation, validation, review and distribution of the corporate Selling, General and Administrative annual budget/plan process
? Assist business and factory organizations with ad-hoc projects and facilitate the resolution of factory finance inquiries.
? Utilize Amkor systems such as Hyperion, Oracle, SAP, and AS400 to support data analysis for recurring and ad-hoc analysis.
? Lead, as well as participate, in Finance process improvement efforts.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Requirements and qualifications include:
This position requires a Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or related education and a minimum of 3-5 years of general and/or cost accounting experience in a manufacturing organization. MBA, CMA, CFA, or CPA is a plus. Experience with accounting principles, cost accounting, financial analysis, management accounting and reporting, or equivalent is also required. Advanced Excel and/or Access skills and ability to work with and understand relational databases is desired.
