Sr. Financial Analyst - Sales Finance

This position provides an opportunity to enhance accounting, financial planning & analysis, communication & management skills, and gain experience & exposure to a variety of areas, both internal & external to the Kraft North America Commercial ("KNAC") Customer Development Organization ("CDO").

Manage 1 Senior Staff Accountant in the accounting, analysis and financial reporting of business results. Provide monthly reporting & communication of results to senior management. Manage financial-related systems and the interfaces with Order Management processing. Perform analysis on Balance Sheet & P&L accounts and maintain CDO G/L Structure. Identify, lead, & implement process improvements throughout the department including special projects & integrations/divestitures activities. BA/BS degree in Accounting/Finance required.
Minimum 5 years' experience in Accounting/Finance required.
Ability to manage multiple projects (highly organized), strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong initiative and attention to detail required.
Experience with financial systems (G/L, Bus. Obj.) desired.
