Sr Financial/Program Control Analyst

*Bachelor's Degree in accounting, business, finance or similar discipline required. Senior Program Control Analyst must have 5-10 years of experience.

*Federal government contracting, proposal pricing, financial reporting, performance measurement, and program control experience is required. Working knowledge of FAR and CAS required. Knowledge of various contract types to include fixed price, time and material, and cost plus.

*Experience using the Deltek CostPoint system is also desirable.

*Proficiency with MS Word and Excel critical. Proficiency with MS Access and MS Project a plus.

*Must be organized, detail oriented, motivated and able to multitask in a fast paced and dynamic work environment. Must be able to work with minimal supervision.

*The successful candidate must have excellent analytical and problem solving skills and demonstrated experience communicating with all levels of management and customers.

*Must be able to handle confidential financial and/or program sensitive information.
