RESPONSIBILITIES:
Overall Objective and Purpose
To analyze, present, and document information on the performance of games and platforms for the Gaming Solutions businss unit.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
* Prepare and distribute documented recommendations on game performance, bet configurations, floor positioning, and market saturation

* Interact with management to develop and collect ongoing reporting requirements

* Closely interact with site level and operations personnel to investigate and solve performance issues

* Develop methods to optimize game performance and placement through detailed analysis

* Mentor and assist junior analyst personnel on analysis

* Develop best practice methods and queries for data analysis

* Performs cost and benefit analysis (ROI)

* Measures performance against goals

* Collect and aggregate data for monthly performance review with account team(s)

* Collects data to assist support/cross functional team in the identification of root cause problems

* Communicates team progress at all levels within the organization

Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum education:
4 year degree, advanced degree preferred

Years Experience
3-8 years of business analysis experience in gaming industry or similar field in which they have experience with tracking product performance
