Sr. IT Auditor - Travelport

  This position will be responsible for planning and performing internal audits and special projects of an IT nature, including conducting detailed security reviews of network infrastructure (network devices, e.g. firewalls and routers/switches, network architecture and topology), performing technical audit procedures using automated tools (e.g. ISS Internet scanner), creating work papers and other audit documentation, interviewing clients, drafting recommendations and presenting findings to management.



Qualifications

 

Bachelor's degree in a related field (MIS, Computer Science)

2+ years audit experience plus 3+ years of hands on IT infrastructure experience

Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills

CISA, CISSP or other professional certification

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Good understanding of audit methods

Deadline and detailed oriented

 

Specific subject-matter skills

CCNA, CCNP or related certification in the field of network security.

Knowledge of and experience performing detailed reviews of firewall (e.g. Cisco-PIX and Netscreen) rules and router/switch configurations.  Prior operational experience configuring and maintaining these devices a plus.

Experience reviewing network architecture and topologies for security and design efficiencies.
