Pay By Touch is leading the introduction of payment systems using fingerprint biometrics in retails stores. Today, over 1,500 grocery stores, convenience stores, liquor stores and banks are using Pay by Touch services.

 

We are growing fast and urgently need a Sr. MIS Analyst to be responsible for report design and development, end-user administration as well as report distribution and trend analysis. 

 

Responsibilities include:

 

Work with business owners on defining report requirements, formats and distribution preferences. 

Develop and design Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly & Annual reports supporting both internal departments and external customers. 

Create custom routine and ad hoc reports including list reports, pivots/Cross-tabs, charts & graphs using OLAP tools

 

Support management in areas of analysis and dashboarding.

Support end-user administration and provides tool usage related support

Research anomalies and analyze trends identified through the reporting process

Create short to mid term workflow and reporting solutions using MS Access and/or Excel

 

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:

 

3+ years of successful, relevant experience in report administration, design and development,

ideally in a financial services company. 

 

Solid experience with Cognos ReportNet.

 

Experience with one or more additional major reporting tools (e.g. Crystal, Brio, Microstrategy, Oracle, Microsoft) + Advanced Access and Excel skills. 

 

Intermediate SQL/SQL Plus skills preferred.

 

Detail oriented, highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities.

 

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

 

B.S. in C.S. is a plus.
