Underwrite construction, acquisition, and bridge loans for commercial real estate developers and investors. Perform due diligence and prepare credit approval package for review and approval. Perform portfolio management functions of asset during the life of the loan. Work with deal team in negotiating and closing real estate loans and identifying new business opportunities, both credit and non-credit. Responsible for direct client contact and building client relationship. May be responsible for training and instruction of junior associates. Associates are fully experienced, qualilfied credit professionals capable of fully independent activity.

Advanced knowledge of commercial real estate and seven plus years of account officer experience. Advanced financial, real estate and credit analysis skills. In-depth knowledge of bank credit policies and procedures, credit and non-credit related products and documentation requirements of real estate credits. Strong communication, interpersonal and organization skills.
