Staff Cost Analyst

CITY: Cincinnati STATE: Ohio COUNTRY: USA Essential Functions (Responsibilities):
* To provide technical direction to peer groups regarding functionality and administration of cost and interfacing systems.
* Responsible for the analysis, measurement, and interpretation of cost data.
* Maintain customer interface and provide advice and counsel to client organization and peers to meet organization objectives.
* Provide comprehensive cost or program analysis for assigned areas.
* Provide financial stewardship to the assigned client organization.
* Conduct special analysis of cost or expense data or process enhancements.
* Ensure the accounting accuracy of systems and cost data.
* May perform team leader responsibilities.
* Drive process improvements/transactional quality.


Qualifications/Requirements:
* Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance.


Desired:
* Masters of Business Administration preferred.
* Certified Public Accountant certification preferred.
* At least 2 years of accounting or costing experience preferred.
* Strong oral and written communication skills.
* Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
* PC proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
