Currently, Flextronics has an opening for Staff Financial Analyst to join our Broomfield, CO team.  Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

 DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:

This position will be responsible for managing specific activities of worldwide financial reporting. They will help to develop, implement and maintain systems, processes and policies.  In most instances, this position will act as a resident expert on specialized issues, interacting and working closely with several different functional areas.  Ensures the accurate compilation, analysis and reporting of financial data to be used both internally and externally.  This position will be responsible for managing, preparing, administering, and directing the control of specific customer financial data as well as monitoring organizational, and/or department adherence to approved financial information.

 

This person will receive assignments in the form of objectives and establishes goals to meet objectives.  Provides guidance to co-workers to achieve goals in accordance with an established process.  Work is reviewed and measured based on meeting objectives and schedules.  Works on problems where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of identifiable factors..  Frequently interacts with peer groups, customers and/or managers.  Will also, interact with senior management.  Interactions normally involve matters between functional areas, other company divisions or units, or customers and the company



 

Job Requirements:


PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE DESIRED/REQUIRED:

BS/BA in related field

5-10 years of accounting and significant detailed financial analysis.  Need to have excellent organizational skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills.  Need to have the ability to work closing and effectively with all co-workers worldwide.

Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
