Staff Tax Accountant

This position is responsible for participation in the preparation and consolidation of the complete tax cycle for PepsiCo, Inc. and Affiliates. This includes Fas 109, federal and state tax return compliance and federal and state audit defense.

In addition, this position is involved in various special projects and research task.

Accurately determine and report PepsiCo, Inc. and Affiliates GAAP financial statement and tax return income, as required by law, to various federal and state taxing authorities.

This person will interact with divisional and headquarter accounting personnel, tax planning and the federal and state audit groups.

- Bachelors degree in accounting

- CPA preferred, Masters in Taxation desired

- Minimum 3 years of experience (including at least 1 year in public accounting)

- Corp Tax knowledge

- High level of organizational and analytical skills

- Thorough understanding of Schedule M's, understanding of Fas 109

- Team player with strong interpersonal skills

- Flexible, creative, resourceful, self-motivated with desire for self-improvement

- Diligence, proficient use of computers
