Stock Plan Associate, 6400-06U

The Stock Plan Associate will work with and support the Stock Administrator to maintain stock plan information using the Equity Edge database, including coordinating and recording stock information for new hires and terminated employees, processing routine and non-routine transactions and sending files to E*Trade, as well as processing 10B-1 plan trades with various brokers. You will also provide assistance to employees regarding routine questions and work closely with the Human Resources, Payroll, Accounting and Legal departments.

The successful candidate will have at least two years of related experience utilizing Equity Edge software or similar. Knowledge of equity incentive plans and compliance issues necessary. Must be able to multi-task and meet deadlines, using excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication and computer skills.
