Strategic Finance Account Rep IITS

You will be exposed to multiple functions within the company (e.g. sales, service, order management) and to all the product lines in the company's portfolioa great opportunity to have lasting impact on our customers and company and to enjoy a rich learning experience.
* Collection of Accounts Receivable invoices by working with customers to resolve complex invoicing issues.
*Involves close work with multiple GE Healthcare IT divisions such as internal order management, project leaders, sales and service teams to reduce delay of customer payment.
*Responsible for bringing closure to each invoice, reconciling payment to the invoice and invoice to the purchase order.
*Build relationships with internal and external customers with the ultimate goal of complete customer satisfaction.

Qualifications/Requirements:
*Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration and minimum of two years in collections, sales, customer service, telemarketing, or order management or High School Diploma/GED and minimum of seven years in collections, sales, customer service, telemarketing, or order management
*Strong analytic skills: able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change
*Solid PC skills: experience with financial systems/applications (i.e.: Oracle, Hyperion, COGNOS, Business Objects, etc.), strong Excel skills including pivot tables & Macros
*Ability to communicate with all levels and resolve issues in a timely, positive manner
*Ability to identify issues that require resolution, take immediate and independent action to ensure that it is resolved successfully
*Adaptable/flexible: being open to change (positive or negative) in response to new information, different or unexpected circumstances, and/or to work in ambiguous situations
*Excellent attention to details
*You must be legally authorized to work in the United States
*You must be willing to submit to a background investigation, including for example, verification of past employment, criminal history, and educational background
*You must be willing to take a drug test
*You must be willing to work out of an office located in Wauwatosa, WI

Desired:
*GetPaid collections software and Oracle/Siebel/Peoplesoft business software experience
*Proven ability to organize multiple tasks efficiently
