Principal Duties and Essential Job Functions:
Reporting to the Subcontracts Manager for the business unit. The Sr. SCA will initiate, negotiate, review and execute a wide range of contractual documents and agreements which include, but are not limited to: Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Teaming Agreements (TAs), Subcontract Agreements and Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs). Candidate will have experience with reviewing SOWs; developing Requests for Proposal, analyzing and evaluating subcontractor proposals, performing cost/price analysis, negotiating terms and conditions and executing subcontract agreements. Candidate must be able to interact productively with internal customers and subcontractors to identify and solve problems; identify risk situations and coordinate solutions with management. Provide support for major business initiatives.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or equivalent with a minimum of 6 years direct experience required. Candidate must have a fundamental knowledge of Subcontract Administration that includes Time and Material, Cost Reimbursable and Fixed Price contracts. Requires fundamental understanding of cost accounting principals to include direct and indirect cost components and factors. Must be knowledgeable of FAR and DFAR, Agency FAR supplements and CAS (Cost Accounting Standards).
