Primary Responsibilities:
? Assist Finance Manager in safeguarding company assets. Assist in the development of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), coordinating forecasts, providing business analysis that are responsive to the needs of customers, suppliers and internal partners.
? Provide timely, accurate financial and management reporting in accordance with local/state/federal requirements and corporate policy.
? Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
? Supervise Accounts Payable
? Alcohol drawback filing at both state and federal levels
? Oracle Asset Management-Project/Budget Set-up
? Data Compilation for North America Concentrate Operations (NACO) Scorecard and Plan/Forecast consolidation *Annual Operating Plan Forecast Support for Arlington and NACO.

Candidates must have the following:
o Min. 5+ years experience in a financial supervisory position with emphasis in a manufacturing environment.
o Min. 5 years of experience in the food, beverage and/or pharmaceutical industry.
o Excellent supervisory, interpersonal written and verbal communicational skills.
o Educational requirements include Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting related field.
