This position will be responsible for financial leadership for the global TCS Supply Chain Organization.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
? Define the reporting and analysis needs for the TCS Global Supply Chain organization and develop efficient processes to support these requirements.
? Lead the annual budget process, headcount analysis, forecasting, financial modeling, and financial reporting for the TCS Global Supply Chain organization.
? Conduct and document complex and interpretive financial analysis projects.
? Lead and prepare timely and accurate ad hoc analysis resulting in actionable recommendations.
? Using Six Sigma tools, drive improvements in financial processes, including the appropriate use of automation, improvements in the quality and consistency of data and analysis, and elimination of non-value added work.
? Track materials spend and productivity, including analysis of commodity prices, projects, indirect spend and logistics spend.
? Track financial results and provide recommendations to achieve those expected results using discretionary versus non-discretionary spend analysis.
? Accountable for compliance with American Standard financial policies and practices. Responsible for monitoring and maintaining internal controls in the TCS Global Supply Chain organization
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
? Bachelor?s degree in business, finance, accounting, or related area required. Professional certification (CPA/CMA/MBA) preferred.
? Minimum 6 years experience in finance required; experience must include project leadership.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED
? Strong influencing, presentation, and communication skills required with senior leaders in Finance and Supply Chain.
? Clearly demonstrated experience developing creative solutions to complex issues and leading successful implementation.
? Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills required.
? Must be results-oriented with excellent planning, process, and execution skills.
? Must be an effective team player with the ability to support other functional areas as needed.
? Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, and Power Point.
? General knowledge of Hyperion Enterprise and Peoplesoft preferred.
? Understanding of Six Sigma and associated tools.
