Tactical Marketing Specialist Senior

Job Description:Each Business Operations Specialist (BOS) at Cypress manages approximately $30M per year of revenue. In addition, being a BOS gives you the opportunity to work with many cross-functional teams, inside and outside of Cypress. As a BOS, you will work closely with our worldwide sales force to forecast customer demand and to meet quarterly revenue targets. You will negotiate pricing contracts covering new and run-rate business. As the primary point of contact for our sales people, you will relay product information and facilitate order management. You will also work with our manufacturing team to improve delivery schedules to meet customer needs. Job Specific Requirements: Experience interfacing with sales teams and other cross-functional teams Strong analytical and decision making skills - Able to work under pressure and make quick decisions - Excellent customer service skills - Able to work independently - Strong communication skills via phone, email, and internal presentations - Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment - Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities - Enjoy identifying and solving potential/current problems Minimum Education & Work Experience:

Bachelor?s Degree OR at least three years of experience in marketing, finance, account management, inside sales, or customer service - Experience using Microsoft Excel
