JOB DESCRIPTION:

 

Assist Manager of Outlet Operations and Finance. Assist in the preparation of all departmental finance functions including monthly financial results and monthly reforecast of revenue and expenses. Perform month end close procedures including journal entries and variance analysis. Reporting of daily and weekly sales and maintenance of monthly scorecards. Provide ad hoc analysis and other reporting as necessary to deliver financial results and improve operational efficiency.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

Bachelor degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, Outlook and Word. Experience with corporate computerized budgeting/accounting systems and multi-dimensional database management tools (Lawson Accounting and Hyperion Essbase preferred.
