Position Summary



Position located in Pleasanton or Palo Alto, California.  A Senior Associate will work closely with Principals and Vice Presidents and outside service providers in assisting U.S. and foreign multinationals with Transfer Pricing issues.   Using a high level of quantitative and qualitative analysis methods SA?s are involved in all aspects of project management and will participate in developing client interaction.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

? Effectively plan and manage execution of significant sub-tasks on

straightforward projects.

? Conduct detailed economic, financial, and accounting analyses demonstrating a complete understanding of complex transfer pricing concepts and effectively applying to clients.

? Independently conceptualize and analyze issues, and perform or direct a wide variety of analytical tasks independently.

? Assist in drafting comprehensive proposals, reports, document requests, and other correspondence.

? Establish relationships with clients, selling services, and participating in all aspects of an engagement from the planning to the execution stage.

? Provide training and technical supervision to less experienced staff, including reviewing their analyses and providing coaching/direction.

Education, Skills and Abilities

? 4+ years of experience working in transfer pricing in a

consulting environment.

? Supervisory experience  

? Advanced degree in a related field required (Masters or PhD).

? Excellent project management.

? Excellent oral and written communication skills (including strong presentation skills).

? Prior supervisory experience.
