Lowe Enterprises Residential Advisors, LLC (?LERA?) is a pension fund advisor managing a $300M revolving equity facility and approximately $500M of debt in residential real estate developments across the country. Responsibilities of the position include cash management, debt portfolio management, investor reporting compliance, and portfolio return analysis. www.loweenterprises.com

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
? Cash Management
o Track short and long term cash and debt requirements
o Communicate need for capital draws and distributions to VP Finance, lenders, and investors
? Debt Management
o Coordinate the addition of collateral to existing secured debt facilities
o Allocate debt among portfolio of investments to meet defined objectives by performing monthly portfolio analysis.
o Prepare monthly loan activity reports for LERA management, lenders, and pension fund investor.
o Manage covenant compliance reporting obligations.
? Portfolio Reporting
o Update components of portfolio status report and investment performance projections.
o Monitor compliance within investment guidelines and risk management policies.
? Develop and refine financial models and tools as needed.

Requirements:
? Bachelor?s degree, preferably in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field.
? Proficiency with Excel spreadsheet design / maintenance and extensive cash flow modeling experience, including familiarity with internal rate of return (IRR) calculations.
? Familiarity with cash management procedures and objectives.
? Ability to effectively communicate treasury issues and concepts to all levels of management and staff.
? Excellent analytical skills.
? Experience with residential home building, development and/or investment a plus.
