Treasury Analyst

This position reports to the Manager of Treasury and Finance and is responsible for the following:

TREASURY & CASH MANAGEMENT ACTIVITIES Manage the daily cash activities including deposit preparation, wire transfer initiation, calculation of net cash position, analysis of bank activity and assessment of investing/borrowing activity
* Prepare and update internal and management reports including bank account listing, bank profiles, fee analysis, etc
* Work closely with the accounts receivable, billing and cash posting teams to ensure consistent cash collection
* Assist with banking relationships, including set up and maintenance of accounts
* Assist with implementation of tools, systems and bank technologies/products to enhance cash management functions, ensure efficient processing and application of appropriate safeguards and minimize costs,/li>
* Assist with the development of treasury strategy as it relates to foreign bank relationships as the Company grows internationally
* Assist with developing strategies to maximize interest earnings, assessing borrowing decisions including the timing, structure and term of debt

INSURANCE/OTHER Assist with business insurance activities ranging from issuing certificates of insurance to monitoring claim activity
* Provide financial analysis support associated with acquisitions, and other key activities as needed Undergraduate degree in Finance, Business or Accounting
* Prior Treasury or Banking experience a must
* Treasury certifications a plus
* Progressive business and financial analysis experience

* Excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical, written and time management skills

* Proficient with Microsoft Excel
* Knowledge of Cost Point, Hyperion, or Impromtu applications a plus
* Ability to prioritize and work in a fast paced, time sensitive environment
* Self motivated and detail oriented
