Trust Officer II Trust Svcs-Complex Closing Unit

Provides Trust Services Center clients with fiduciary administrative services and management in an efficient and profitable manner. Maintains responsibility for a specific book of accounts, typically the more complex account closing and deceased grantor trusts, requiring a high degree of technical expertise and knowledge. Responsible for analyzing and following fiduciary terms of agreements; coordinating with external partners (Attorneys, CPAs) and internal support (Estate Settlement, Tax, Real Estate, etc.) to provide a consistent client experience, and the accurate, timely and efficient administration of complex terminations. Partners with the trust Services Center Officer and interacts with other centers of expertise and business partners. Controls and minimizes potential risks through proactive behavior and through knowledge of compliance and risk management guidelines. 



Required Skills
Minimum of 5 to 7 years personal trust/investment related experience
Excellent interpersonal and technical skills
Demonstrated oral, written and presentation skills
Good organizational skills
Ability to work in a multi-task environment with minimum supervision while demonstrating teamwork amongst other associates
Computer literate
