The Vice President and Corporate Treasurer supports and assists the CFO in defining the capital and liquidity requirements for the Corporation, interfacing with capital markets for optimal funding of the business and promoting the effective deployment of financial assets to ensure long term capital growth.

VICE PRESIDENT AND CORPORATE TREASURER (JOB # 13738)
Seattle, Washington or Portland, Oregon

Combine your management experience in finance and/or treasury functions with the following skills:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration, with CFA, CPA or CCM certification
Experience with managing investment portfolio activities including accounting transactions, monitoring investment managers and portfolio theory
Minimum of 7 years progressively responsible management experience in finance and/or treasury functions within the insurance or health care industry with some experience at the executive level
In-depth knowledge of treasury discipline, capital markets and cash flow forecasting
Familiar with corporate finance concepts/practices
Advanced knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Statutory Accounting (SAP), and SVO practices
Knowledge of how Treasury and Investment actions affect the organization
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with all levels of management, including executive staff
Demonstrated ability to analyze and evaluate operations and implement corrective action to resolve problems
Ability to effectively plan and direct subordinates to complete projects and goals
