VP Finance/ Controller (NJM)

Innovative Legal Solutions Company seeks a Controller/ VP of Finance for their new and dynamic company. The position will be responsible for the daily transactions and general ledger maintenance, the month-end close, preparation of financial and management reports, work with external auditors, supervise 2 staff, management of HR, IT and outside legal council, presentations to the Board of Directors, and management of the overall accounting and finance functions. Qualified candidate will have a Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance or another related discipline and at 5+ years of relevant experience in a faced paced, dynamic environment. Qualified candidate should possess management skills, have experience in new systems implementation and good presentation skills. Knowledge of Great Plains is a plus.
