VP of Capital Markets

Currently they rank in the top 20 of firms in their sector and anticipate growth to double in 2008.

 

The VP of Capital Markets will maintain contacts with lenders, investment banks, and providers of senior housing capital for potential financing opportunities.  Prepare underwriting packages and assist acquisitions group in conducting initial feasibility determination of acquisition opportunities. Manage communication with lenders, lawyers and title companies to coordinate closings. Work with acquisitions, accounting and operational mangers to prepare and update acquisitions pro forma spreadsheets, asset management report and offering memoranda disclosure. Perform and coordinate all phases of various real estate financing from initial analysis to contract negotiations, due diligence, preparation of private offering memoranda, loan applications and close of escrow.

 

To be considered for this rare, outstanding career opportunity, you are a CPA with at least 5 years experience in real estate investment, finance, securities or related. Series 7 license is a plus. You must also be a self starter with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and be able to prepare and understand financial statements. The ability to maintain confidentiality is critical.
