We understand the requirements associated with the development of value conclusions under GAAP, tax, and regulatory rules that allow companies to understand the value of an entity, asset, or liability so they can make informed business and investment decisions.? We are seeking a Senior Associate level individual to join our Financial Advisory Services / Real Estate Valuation?practice in our?downtown Los Angeles office. ?

- Ideal candidates will have between?3 - 5 years core valuation experience related to real estate valuation for 141, tax, and institutional reporting purposes in real estate valuation
- Experience in valuation of commercial and income properties, preferably with a fee appraisal firm, consultancy, bank or similar environment.
- Must have experience with valuation theory and applications, as well ability to prepare high quality valuation reports
- Bachelor's degree is required, preferably a major in finance, accounting, or Engineering
- Professional demeanor and strong communication skills, both written and oral
- State Certified General Real Estate Valuation license is
preferred
- Proficiency with MS Office, Argus, Dyna software
- Working on obtaining MAI designation and ASA in Real Estate preferred
