Our Valuation Services practice features a vast network of professionals in the U.S. through Deloitte FAS and the other Deloitte U.S. entities, and abroad through the DTT member firms and their affiliates. We possess seamless delivery capabilities, deep financial and accounting acumen and robust industry experience. Our Valuation professionals help companies define, measure and articulate the value of their assets by providing independent and well-supported valuations.? We help clients to properly quantify and articulate values for taxation, transaction, financing, litigation, and strategic management purposes. We understand the requirements associated with the development of value conclusions under GAAP, tax, and regulatory rules that allow companies to understand the value of an entity, asset, or liability so they can make informed business and investment decisions.? We are seeking individuals at the Senior Manager, Director or Partner level in the Real Estate Valuation practice in Los Angeles.??Ideal candidates will have between 8 - 20?years technical Real Estate Valuation related experience.
?
The Real Estate Valuation?practice provides high quality valuation and consulting services for complex and non traditional issues.? This includes value, income and yield analysis, and estimation services that address issues of owning, leasing, managing, investing, and divesting any type of property across the country and around the world.
- 8+ years of technical and Real Estate Valaution?advisory related experience
- Must have technical knowledge in appraisal, feasibility studies, reorganization, litigation support and testifying experience
- Established practice and market
eminence in the Real Estate?service area or client base.??
- Demonstrated technical excellence, ability to lead and manage significant client engagements.?
- Will develop and implement marketing and targeting strategies.
- Must possess a consultative orientation and ability to deliver a broad range of innovative and value-added services.
- Will build relationships, and originate and manage revenue base; develop and coach talented people.?
- Must be flexible with travel requirements
- Strong finance, accounting, or economics background and direct market experience are required
- Experience in professional services firm preferred
- MBA highly preferred; CPA, CFA or ASA designation a plus
- State Certified General Real Estate Valuation license is preferred
- Proficiency with MS Office, Argus Dyna software
- Working on obtaining MAI designation and ASA in Real Estate preferred
