Our Valuation Services practice features a vast network of professionals in the U.S. through Deloitte FAS and the other Deloitte U.S. entities, and abroad through the DTT member firms and their affiliates. We possess seamless delivery capabilities, deep financial and accounting acumen and robust industry experience. Our Valuation professionals help companies define, measure and articulate the value of their assets by providing independent and well-supported valuations.? We help clients to properly quantify and articulate values for taxation, transaction, financing, litigation, and strategic management purposes. We understand the requirements associated with the development of value conclusions under GAAP, tax, and regulatory rules that allow companies to understand the value of an entity, asset, or liability so they can make informed business and investment decisions.? Key services include: Business Valuation, Engineering & Depreciation Advisory, Equipment
Advisory, Construction Advisory, Real Estate Financial Advisory, Lease Advisory, Dispute Resolution Support, and Reorganization Advisory Support.

Position Requirements
- Provide Construction Consulting services on a variety of capital projects for a diverse client base.?
- Candidates should have extensive experience in project controls for real estate, construction, and other capital projects.?
- Duties should have included budget preparation, forecasting, and analysis, estimating, scheduling, cost engineering, and change order analysis.?
- Position requires the ability to analyze construction costs, schedule delays, change orders and other factors retrospectively.?
- Position requires the ability to accurately assess construction progress and report to client management.?
- Candidates can be expected to interface with attorneys, architects, contractors, building officials, lenders and client management

Qualifications
- Ideal candidate will
have between 8 - 15 years experience in project controls or project management on a variety of project types
- Undergraduate degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management.?
- Graduate work in business, finance, or a related technical field is desirable.?
- Registration as an Architect or Engineer, or a General Contractor's license is desirable, but not mandatory for this position.?
- Experience in dispute consulting would be helpful, but not required.?
- Familiarity with project estimating programs, such as Timberline, and project scheduling programs, such as Primavera, is necessary.?
- Thorough knowledge of AIA model contracts, and industry standards for project controls, payment requisition and the change order process is required.?
- Should have experience in business development and marketing professional services to a diverse client base.?
- Successful track record of business development, with a strong market presence, and a
focus on understanding and responding to client needs.?
