Vice President of Finance

Vice President of Finance needed to work with fast growing mortgage, real estate and financial services company. Candidate will work directly with CEO and side by side with VP of Accounting. VP of finance will run cashflow, short and long term debt management.

 

Responsibilities Include:

 Design, implement, maintain, and improve a system of internal controls that protect the assets of the company. Insure compliance with financial policies and procedures and recommend improvementsDevelop strategy, design and structure, implement and control all financing issues for the companyDesign, develop, implement, communicate, and manage the annual budget processDevelop accurate project costs, timing and financing Plan and coordinate the annual division business plan process and prepare re-forecasts as necessaryServe as a resource for all other division functions in their efforts to improve

overall financial performance

Prepare all other financial reports and documents as designated by the CEO

 

Skills and Qualifications:

 Ability to perform the essential functions of the job in accordance with corporate requirements and professional business practicesMust have mortgage banking experience

Ability to prioritize and adhere to deadlines

Analytical, communication, conflict resolution, financial mgt., leadership, and project mgt. skillsConfidentiality, Integrity, and credibilityBachelor?s degree in accounting or finance or a related business degree required
