General Summary: As a senior member of the WW Customer Operations Group (WCO), the candidate will provide finance and analytical decision support to the VP WCO. The individual will also set budgets and track financial performance in accordance with strategic business initiatives. Must demonstrate independence, excellence and integrity in decision making and business judgment. Strong knowledge of information systems, financial planning, accounting, strategic planning, risk assessment and business development required.

Key Responsibilities: Provision of business support to WCO. Drive the business planning process. COGs and Opex forecasting and analysis, manage to established business objectives. Manage the budget cycle for WCO. Set targets that drive performance, monitoring financial results and KPIs in accordance with strategic business initiatives. Interface with executive management on key financial issues and take the lead on financial issues in the organization. Build models and analyses to drive the decision making process and the future direction of the organization. Manage the quarter end close process. Reinforce internal controls. Build partnerships/relationships with other departments, collaborate and influence at the highest level.

Educational/Business Requirements: Minimum requirements: Bachelor degree (finance, business or accounting), a CPA and/or MBA and at least eight years of progressively responsible business experience. Minimum of five years experience providing financial, operational, and administrative support within a high tech organization.

Reporting Structure: Dual Reporting Structure: Reports directly to Finance Director Strategic Planning and Operations. Reports indirectly to Vice President WCO
