Responsibility: The Wealth Advisor will target and develop key relationships with the high net
worth market segment delivering a broad array of appropriate products and
services to defined client segmentations. As the primary client interface, the
Wealth Advisor will manage the relationship with the support and guidance of a
team of experts in financial, estate, trust, investment, and tax. Open
architecture allows for a customized approach; the right balance of products &
services; and the benefit of UMB's investment management experience, research &
due diligence. Build referral systems and network groups through centers of
influence, private banking, and commercial lending.

Requirements:

Undergraduate degree in business, finance, or equivalent experience required.
8-10 years experience working with high net worth clients managing complex
financial situations. CFP, CFA, and/or CFTA designations desired. High level
of energy and drive, a self-starter, enthusiastic, with the motivation to be
highly successful in a relationship selling environment is essential. Good
organizational and time management skills; coupled with the ability to sell
(sales), develop relationships (internally and externally), and commitment to
long-term professional development (lifelong learning and certifications). Good
numbers/quantitative skills in order to handle the financial
planning/administrative side of the business; a strong detail orientation is a
must. Full-time. Hours: Monday through Friday 8:00am-5:00pm. Location: 1010
