401(k) Education Consultant

With the recent entry in Phoenix, Arizona, BOKF now has full-service banks located in six states, delivers investment brokerage services in 10 and operates an electronic funds transfer network that spans 11 states.  We are currently seeking a 401(k) Education Consultant for our Retirement and Institutional Services group.  The 401(k) Education Consultant is primarily responsible for designing and implementing education initiatives, programs and related services offered to Plan Sponsors and participants in 401(k) plans administered by BOk Financial.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

 

? Evaluate client enrollment, savings and diversification rates, and consult with employers on strategies, programs and initiatives to improve employee participation, deferral rates and diversification.

? Identify opportunities to introduce BOKF products and services which enhance revenue and increase plan sponsor satisfaction with BOKF. 

? Work with BOK Relationship Managers to promote Managed Fund and Target Date Funds and Autopilot 401(k) services among plan sponsors.

? Develop, maintain and enhance existing employee education programs and services to include increasing participant enrollment, participant savings rates and improving diversification of participant investments.

? Monitor industry trends and set the strategic direction for all participant education services offered in 401(k) plans administered by BOKF.

 

Requirements:

 

? Knowledge of marketing principles including product management, development, and positioning.

? Knowledge of investments and financial and retirement planning desired.

? Knowledge of Retirement Plan products and service capabilities preferred.

? Excellent analytical skills.

? Excellent organizational skills in order to prioritize and complete various tasks within assigned deadlines.

? Excellent interpersonal skills including oral and written communication skills; ability to prepare persuasive oral and written presentations and reports; excellent client contact skills.

? Excellent  PC skills including spreadsheet, word processing, and presentation applications.

? Certified Financial Planner or Licensed Financial Consultant a plus.
