? Responsibilities/Position Summary: Analysis of complex operational processes in multiple geographic locations and responsibility to develop and implement global best practices.

? Coordinate with, participate in, and lead process improvement teams.

? Document process using appropriate tools and techniques? Operational issue identification, tracking, follow-up, and resolution Analyzing and determining if issues are a system bug, an operator error, or a process/procedure/issue? Developing management reporting around operational and system process issues? Interface with Business Solutions group to facilitate new development whether a change to existing functionality or new functionality.  ? Draft Business Requirement Specifications; review System Requirements Specs, develop test cases/scenarios/scripts.? Develops any necessary procedural updates, workarounds and coordinates their implementation with line managers ? Coordinates, testing, retesting and bug tracking? Develops operational related training materials and coordinates the distribution through the appropriate channel? Coordinate with various technology groups in issue resolution, requirements writing, testing, troubleshooting? Support Business Analysis Manager in Business Continuity Planning (& Testing) functions and responsibilitiesQualifications:
? 1-3 plus years of experience in the financial services industry? 3-5 years process documentation and improvement, business requirements writing, project management experience, or systems development/testing experience  ? Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint. ? Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate confidently and effectively with people at all levels? Ability to learn varied tasks and contribute improvement ideas leading to improved process and service effectiveness ? Ability to analyze facts and make decisions under pressure and within tight deadlines.? Must be organized with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.? Must be self motivated team player who is committed to ensuring the work environment remains positive under all circumstances? Brokerage or banking industry experience? Securities based lending experience? Merrill Lynch systems knowledge/experience, e.g., Bridge, STB2, ACBS ? Microsoft Access, Visio, and MS Project experience  Six Sigma experience or designation
