Account Associates

Establish and maintain relationships with schools, Financial Aid institutions to increase market share within the business while ensuring customer satisfaction. Supporting the District in gaining share through use of the following skills/tasks:? Marketing - conducting mail campaigns reinforcing products/services; sending email broadcasts on latest SLC and/or industry updates; prospecting community/technical college leads to develop volume pipelines to key clients; engage in early awareness activity; assist in AM school presentations including entrance/exit interviews, college fairs; review competitive products and recommend strategies to combat.? Analytical - determine market measure trends; analyze SLC volume at strategic schools; extrapolate and project volume.? Administrative -? support AM and track school deliverables (i.e. wrappers, gateway pages, other collateral);? monitor District deliverables (i.e. timely expense reporting);? compile District reports assigned by director;? run FAA online reports and provide summaries to AMs;? submit bulk orders;? coordinate and plan for conferences and college fairs/high school nights;? ad hoc reporting.?



Candidate will have a BA/BS degree or equivalent. ?Requires marketing and sales skills, high energy, ability to manage and meet deadlines, strong communication skills, customer service, and attentiveness to detail.? Ideal location should be within driving distance to several AM territories in order to support exits, college fairs or high school nights.? Working knowledge and understanding of the higher education financial aid process is helpful. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required. Travel is required.
