Account Executive

Look no further... Great-West Retirement Services is currently seeking an Account Executive to handle group presentations, one-on-one counseling, administrative service delivery and the marketing of tax deferred retirement services.

We are currently seeking candidates interested in covering a territory in the Anchorage, Alaska area.

General Responsibilities:

- Top performers in this role will meet with retirement plan participants and conduct enrollment/investment presentations.

- Will utilize outstanding listening and communication skills to obtain the necessary information in order to counsel participants in the right financial direction for their specific needs.

- Coordinate administrative service delivery and the marketing of employer-sponsored retirement benefits.

Preferred candidates will have:

- NASD Licenses 6 and 63 along with the AK Life License are required to counsel participants on financial products, if your are not already licensed, you will be provided training so you can obtain within the first 90 day of employment.

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or related field.

- Ability to effectively communicate to large groups participants as well to individuals on a one-on-one basis

- At least one year of prior experience with Retirement plans preferred.

In addition, this position is a salary plus an incentive compensation bonus and does not involve a commission.
