Account Executive, Wholesale

Job Description: 1. Locate correspondents within assigned territory that meet required standards, recommend for approval and establish business relationships.



2. Stimulate loan registrations from correspondents through relationship building to achieve sales objectives.



3. Serve as liaison between correspondents and Mortgage Operations to ensure proper support to the account and loans generated by the relationship.



4. Develop and recommend programs and products to enhance correspondent relationships and create opportunities for new markets or increased market penetration.



5. Participate in industry conferences, trade shows and professional organizations to promote the Company’s image in the marketplace.



6. Support the Company’s Diversity programs. Adhere strictly to compliance and operational risk controls in accordance with HSBC and regulatory standards, policies and practices; report control weaknesses, compliance breaches and operational loss events.

Job Experience:
This position requires an individual with:

Minimum of five years proven mortgage banking experience or equivalent, emphasizing loan production, underwriting, processing or equivalent.

Minimum of three years proven sales experience or equivalent.

Working knowledge of mortgage industry, investor underwriting and compliance guidelines.

Ability to communicate effectively at various levels.
