Account Leader (CCS - Customer Service Organizatio

*Build and maintain client relationships to assist sales in acquiring and retaining CCS clients in the Diversified Financial Service industry.

*Manage the service delivery process for our CCS clients from the commencement of the client engagement through final delivery of customer product.

*Serve as the liaison between the CCS customer facing organization, service providers, sales and the customer.

*Determine event, timing, and solutions method to allow for effective resource allocation.

*Develop an in-depth knowledge of client/market business and internal capabilities to enable the identification and anticipation of client requests.

*Develop and maintain an effective and involved workforce through performance leadership, education, communications and policies that support diversity and team effectiveness.

*Facilitate short and long-term planning by effective staffing and resource allocation.

*Facilitate the development of budgets and effective cost management by maximizing efficiencies while concurrently enhancing service.

*Facilitate timely and effective communications between sales, customers and all business partners.

*Lead the development of strategies for recovery management and resolution of service issues.

*Audit, measure and track client satisfaction or dissatisfaction.

*Lead customer-facing team to enhance client experience.

*Effectively maintain on-going client relationships.

*Perform other duties as assigned or requested.

Qualifications
*Prior successful experience in a customer-facing role is desired.

*Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent business experience.

*Previous project management experience is desired.

*Demonstrated ability to lead and guide others through high performance and participative management.

*Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills

*Must display good judgment and problem solving skills.

*Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule including overtime and travel.

*Proven performance in creating value for the customer and the organization.
