Account Maintenance Associate

Purpose and ScopeThe primary responsibility of the Account Maintenance Administrator is to support, process and track the on-going client account requests for various Lockwood business lines on a daily basis.  These tasks include account distributions, withdrawals, terminations, tax selling, and manager/style changes. 

 Job ResponsibilitiesReview all incoming client account requests and determine if a legitimate request based on Lockwood requirements.Update internal workflow system to reflect account maintenance request appropriately.Daily monitoring of requests to ensure completion of money manager and custodial tasks.Verify that all manual or automatic updates required per client request are completed within the internal systems.Provide clarification and updates on status requests to advisors, internal clients, money managers and custodial contacts.Perform ad hoc job duties as assigned.



Required Experiences and Skills

    Education and Training:

?  2 years separately managed accounts experience at a sponsor firm or money manager a plus

?  1-3 years of financial services experience preferred

?  BA/BS business-related college degree required

?  NASD Series 7 or 66 licenses and Checkfree APL experience are a plus

?  Proven ability to prioritize, work with set deadlines and attention to detail

?  Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously

?  Strong problem solving skills and inherent decision making abilities

This position is a non-exempt position located in Malvern, PA.
