A Real Estate Investment company has an immediate opening for an Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable Specialist.  The company offers a warm, professional atmosphere that is fast paced and provides plenty of room to grow.  This position performs corporate accounts payables and accounts receivable in the accounting department.

 

Job Duties:

?  Input, process and maintain all A/P and A/R vouchers and file invoices after batches have been posted

?  Prepare journal vouchers to change coding, correct errors, and record inter-company transactions

?  Process G&A invoices, check requests, wire transfers and expense reports

?  Research employees? and vendors? inquires for payment of invoices

?  Analysis, collection and reporting of A/P debit balances and suspense accounts

 

RequirementsMinimum of 3 years of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experienceAbility to prioritize workload and to complete tasks in a timely mannerCompletion of 2 years of college-level coursework in accounting is preferredStrong knowledge of Accounting software and MS Office SuiteMust be available to start immediately

 The hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.  And the salary range is $31K ? 33K depending on qualifications.  Benefits include, Medical, Dental, 401K and paid time off.  Please apply online.
