Purpose:

Provide administrative services and assistance for Senior Financial Services Representative in the field of investments, insurance and financial planning.

Duties:

Maintain and update computer data base systems tailored for industry.

Provide client services effectively prioritizing activities and responses.

Maintain accurate record keeping and filing systems.

Monitor and manage insurance and investment application processing.

Effectively communicate with clients and insurance and investment companies.

Provide weekly updates of client/business issues.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills.

Detail oriented.

Team player.

Energetic and resourceful.

Insurance or Investment background/training preferred.
