DESCRIPTION/REQUIREMENTS

In this position, you will support the Local Market Planning Analyst, Branch Business Processes Analyst and Director of Private Client Services. You will formulate and perform multiple analyses to determine effectiveness of Local Market Planning initiatives, as well as other Private Client Group initiatives that are designed to leverage scale and drive channel growth. In addition, you will identify areas of strength and in need of remediation, assist in preparation of reporting and presentations to Senior Management and plan/execute projects from the configuration stage through implementation.

Ability to interpret results, summarize findings and develop recommendations is necessary. Excellent PC skills with the ability to quickly learn and use new tools, specifically advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Word, are required. Must have analytical/problem-solving skills with the ability to conceptualize and translate into detailed business requirements. Excellent communication skills are also required, as well as strong attention to detail and a bachelor?s degree in finance, business or related field. Strong knowledge of financial services industry, excellent work ethic and ability to work under time constraints are a must. One plus years? experience within the financial services industry preferred.
