Analyst - Credit Card

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
-Ability to edit/create training documentation
-Prepare volume projections and tracking reports for budgeting and forecasting purposes
-Monitor/review all reporting that is submitted from suppliers
-Report discrepancies to suppliers for research to ensure payments are accurate
-Coordinate all store upgrades
-Ongoing communication and training for Suppliers, Tech Support and Customer Service
-Manage and respond to written communication received from stores and customers
-Coordinate efforts with other departments and vendor partners to timely and accurately resolve and respond to customer service issues
-Ability to travel infrequently
-Monitor and track performance
-Maximize the financial return and limit financial exposure as it relates to the project offering
-Analyze and report on strategies that will assist in additional growth
-Document problems and the solution for future procedural changes
-Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports and provide analyses of all product level results and consolidated divisional results
-Perform analysis and provide support of new business and product development including financial analysis and operational integration

Requirements:
-Bachelors or work experience
-Minimum of 1 year or less work experience plus a college degree
-Entry level management position
-Experience with trend analysis and competitor analysis
