Analyst, Debt Derivatives Documentation

Job Responsibilities:
Provide accurate and timely documentation for all over the counter Debt Derivative transactionsReview all counterparty prepared confirmations against the associated internal trade ticketChase outstanding confirmations through and follow-up and contact with counterpartyPrioritize workload based on market exposure to counterpartyTrack and monitor status of confirmationsEstablish clear lines of communication with trading desk to facilitate the reduction in the level of outstanding and unexecuted confirmationsQualifications:
2-3 years of relevant experience derivative documentation experience preferred Proficiency in all basic debt derivative products as well as proficiency in ISDA definitions and industry accepted conventions must be demonstrated. Extremely detail-oriented and able to multi-taskStrong communications skills (written and oral) including the ability to effectively communicate ideas, issues and proposals to management.Solid technology skills, including Excel and Access
