Join Morgan Stanley?s Institutional Regional Processing Center in Baltimore, Maryland. We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual in our Listed Derivatives Department. The individual will be responsible for the processing of listed derivatives transactions for the North American markets for both client and proprietary accounts.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities will include:

? Trade processing for all North American futures exchanges
o Claiming of give-in trades on exchange systems
o Processing of give-up trades through exchange systems
o Completion of full service transactions
o Processing of average price and EFP trades

? Client Service
o Processing allocation of trades per client requests
o Handling of client trade inquiries
o Performing daily client check outs

? Exception management
o Monitoring trade error consoles and trouble shooting trade processing errors
o Working with reconciliation and client service teams to resolve trade breaks

? Direct interaction with clients, brokers, sales force, exchange staff and global support groups
o Handling client queries and requests
o Direct contact with external brokers to address trade issues
o Interfacing with sales staff to support business
o Working with global Operations teams to provide excellent client service
