Analytic Leader - Specialty Retail Group

CITY: Alpharetta STATE: Georgia COUNTRY: USA Essential Functions (Responsibilities):
Drive growth and Marketing Strategy within GE Consumer Finance-America's most diverse credit portfolio which includes 10+ clients such as American Eagle, Brooks Brothers and IKEA. Portfolios have a total of over 6MM accounts, +$2B in sales, and +$1B in assets with significant upside opportunity for growth
Lead marketing analytics and drive continuous improvement for private label and co-brand, bankcard marketing programs through data analysis, modeling, testing, financial forecasting and reporting
Work with Specialty Retail Group and GE functional teams (including Analytics Center Of Excellence, New Product Development, In-store, Direct Marketing, Client Development, IT, FDR, Risk, Finance, Operations) to provide analytic support to identify/recommend incremental sales opportunities and clearly report program results
Ensure flawless execution and communication across the Analytics Center Of Excellence team, GE Consumer Finance Decision Sciences organization, and the Alpharetta-based marketing managers
Troubleshoot technical and business problems as they relate to databases and data integrity
Present recommendations to senior management/client
Work with multiple clients and teams to ensure marketing and business goals are met.

Qualifications/Requirements:
Hands-on experience leading an analytically driven CRM team, with demonstrated success on sales targets
5-10 years progressive growth in marketing-driven multi-product financial services companies
Expertise with analytic and modeling tools, transaction-level data, CRM technologies, and segmentation/targeting strategies using credit bureau and demographic data
4+ years experience in programming including experience in SAS, SAS Macro & SQL. Platform experience should include UNIX and PC.
A relevant degree in Economics, Experimental Psychology, Statistics, Database Marketing, or Operations Research
Outstanding presentation/influencing skills, particularly among client and senior leadership audience
Relationship management skills with internal and external clients
Ability to clearly explain technical and analytical information and apply/summarize for business use
Excellent project management skills with attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
Ability to thrive in a highly complex and fast-paced environment
Good interpersonal skills

Retail industry experience
In-depth understanding of GE Consumer Finance databases
Strong knowledge of FDR platform
Black Belt/Green Belt trained/certified
Degree in a Quantitative Field/MBA with Systems and Marketing Specialization
