Asset Director - MS1000

This firm handles the real estate investment and management for major trusts. They presently own and manage 0ver 50 commerical properties in the So Cal area. In this position you will manage 5 on site property managers, deal with the 3rd party rehab firm and play a pivotal role between corportate management and the property managers/tenants. You truly need to be a people person along with your technical experise in this opportunity.

 

8+ years experience in property management or asset management. Knowledge of the financials involved and heavy people skills. Must be able to travel at least 50%. All within a 2 hour drive from Irvine.
